Internet technologies continue to evolve, and /n software is committed to providing tools and components that
keep your applications compatible with the latest communications capabilities. The new IP*Works! V9 core includes a host of powerful new
updates and enhancements with substantial improvements for unicode support and internationalization, OAuth authentication, new OData
capabilities, and much more!
Additional Updates to IP*Works! SSL & IP*Works! SSH:
IP*Works! SSL & SSH V9 build upon the rock solid IP*Works! V9 core, extending it with new SSL and SSH specific enhancements
with new security capabilities and new authentication types.
In addition to the core IP*Works! V9 updates, a major addition to IP*Works! SSL V9 is the inclusion of an
all new OAuth component, and support for OAuth authorization across components. The new OAuth component provides
straightforward authentication and authorization through standard OAuth providers, such as Google, Twitter, Yahoo,
Facebook, and more. In addition, all components have been enhanced with support for the latest 1.1/1.2 TLS
cryptography standards.
IP*Works! SSH V9 includes new components for creating and managing reverse SSH tunnels as well as secure SSH file transfer
through SCP. New granular controls for SSH authentication and negotiation, enhanced logging capabilities, and new updates
that make it easier than ever to build SSH capable servers have also been included in the latest release.
Updates to IP*Works! S/MIME, S/SNMP & ZIP:
IP*Works S/MIME and S/SNMP build upon the powerful new IP*Works! V9 core and offer advanced new security capabilities.
IP*Works! S/MIME V9 has been updated with across the board support for SSL connectivity for TCP based communications,
and includes enhancements to the core PKCS 7 routines to enable more advanced cryptographic support. IP*Works! S/SNMP V9
has been enhaced with new MibBrowser capabilities and will receive updates for AES security in the near future.
IP*Works! Zip V9 shares in the internationalization enhancements of the IP*Works! V9 core and adds powerful new
compression/decompression support including 7-Zip/LZMA, LHA, Zipx/WavPack, and more. Before final release, additional updates
are planned to enabled support for CAB, ARJ, and ARC file formats.
In addition to the powerful updates included in the latest round of V9 betas, new enhancements are still in the
