SecureBlackbox 16: Troubleshooting .NET 4.0 applications on Windows 8 after installing .NET Framework 4.5

The initial release of .NET Framework 4.5 contains certain glitches that interfere with SecureBlackbox. It is important to install the hot-fixes that are issued by Microsoft to .NET Framework 4.5 to address those glitches.
The fixes are provided in KB2805226, KB2805221, and KB2750147 or via Windows Update.
