SecureBlackbox 16: The signature made with SecureBlackbox can't be verified

The first thing to check is whether the document is normalized. Normalization includes the conversion of end-of-line characters to LF (0x0A). By default, TElDOMDocument does not perform normalization. To normalize the document when loading, use the LoadFromStream method with the NormalizeNEL parameter set to true.
