Using CertMgr with Smart Card Certificates

Smart cards are commonly used to store digital certificates securely, providing an extra layer of security for authentication and signing operations.

When you have a smart card certificate, it creates its own store, and using CertMgr to list the certificate stores will show the smart card store.
