Time Protocol Support in NetClock

The NetClock component is used to retrieve the current time from a network time server, allowing applications to synchronize system or application time over standard time protocols.

The Netclock component implements both the SNTP protocol and the Time Protocol (RFC 868 - port 37). By default the component uses the Time protocol, but this can be changed with the Protocol property.
