StdErr Event Occurs After the Disconnected Event in Rexec/Rshell

The StdErr event may fire after the Disconnected event in Rexec and Rshell components because the StdOut and StdErr channels operate on separate sockets. As a result, these events can occur in a different order depending on how each socket is closed.

The control will fire a StdErr event with the Text parameter containing a single Null character and EOL parameter set to True when StdErr is closed (disconnected).
