How to Transfer a License

Transferring a license from one machine to another is a common requirement. To do so, submit the form located at https://www.nsoftware.com/lic/transfer/.

If you encounter an error message while performing a license transfer, our licensing team will review your request and send you an email confirmation regarding the transfer. If no error occurs, simply remove the software from your old machine before reinstalling it on the new machine. You can reinstall the software using your original serial number and key.
