JCB Certifies IPWorks 3-D Secure MPI for JCB J/Secure Compliance

Support for JCB J/Secure provides expanded online fraud protection for IPWorks 3-D Secure MPI customers

The IPWorks 3-D Secure MPI components allow easy integration of Verified By Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, or JCB J/Secure capability into shopping carts, websites, and other merchant systems. 3-D Secure is a credit card authorization initiative built to reduce fraudulent purchases by verifying purchaser identity during online credit card transactions. 3-D Secure makes Internet shopping better and safer for both buyers and sellers on the Web. The service enables card issuers to verify a cardholder's identity, and provides results to the merchant in real time during the checkout process. This reduces the merchant's exposure to fraud and frivolous disputes, and protects the cardholder from fraudulent use of their credit card.
