Standard Error Event in Rexec/Rshell
StdOut and StdErr channels are on different sockets and this explains why the events may be fired that way.
The control will fire a StdErr event with the Text parameter containing a single Null character and EOL parameter set to True when StdErr is closed (disconnected).
