Registering an OCX file

Both 32 bit and 64 bit controls (OCX) files are included in the ActiveX Edition toolkits. Only one set may be registered at a given time.

The Windows regsvr32 utility may be used to register the OCX files manually, however a .bat file is included which will register all OCX files for you.

Navigate to the installation directory to find a lib and lib64 folder. Within each you will find a register.bat file which will register all controls within the toolkit.

For deployment most setup utilities will automatically register files on your behalf but the above steps may also be taken on the deployment machine to register the controls manually.
